For Michelle and Mo’s engagement photos we decided on meeting at Twin Rivers Park in Arlington. I’ve photographed there before with a family and always thought it would be great place for engagement photos since you get a mix of forest, open space and access to the Stillaguamish River (sometimes…). I say sometimes because what I didn’t anticipate was how much water there was in the forest. The trails to the river were completely taken over by standing water. We rolled with it anyways! These two were down for an adventure. Michelle is a fabulous yoga instructor at Bindi Yoga, so we definitely had to incorporate some yoga photos in the mix. After we did photos there we went further North to Nakashima Heritage Barn. The sunset was spot on when we arrived and it was the icing on the cake for their engagement shoot. Can’t wait to capture all the details of their backyard wedding day!
